says a thousand words...in April 2007 Julie began a journey to health and weight loss naturally...see her journey and know

Julie's Journey: The
following 8 pictures chronicle Julie's weight loss beginning at: 260 lbs in
2002, 255 lbs in 2005-2007, 225 lbs in 2008, 157 lbs in 2009, 148 lbs in 2010,
145 lbs May at Mother's Day in 2010 to 139 lbs in August 2010. Today, May 21st
2011 Julie is at 125lbs (see last picture). She is still
continuing her quest to perfect health and wellness. All her blood levels are
normal or better than normal and her blood pressure is perfect. Her dream of
being pain free after the weight loss has not been realized. She strives to
be an inspiration to other disabled individuals, letting them know that
perfection is a state of mind.
